If you have any complaints or concerns regarding SJA’s General Committee and the Executive Committee, members/staffs/offices/activities /projects/financial matters, any misdeed /inconsistencies, violation of child protection policies, involving children (below 18 years) in any risky work or the recruitment of children as a worker, any acts that violate gender policies, religious radicalization or extremist activities, Eve teasing, sexual harassment, or anything suspicious/abusive issues. Anyone from SJA or anyone outside the organization can report the complaint to us. You can report your complaint to this email info@sjabd.org

Complaint can be written in Bangla or English. Scanning or taking a photo of your handwriting can also be sent as an attachment.

All the information of the complainant will be kept secret and the complaint will be sent to the responsible committee in accordance with the nature of the complaint in order to take the necessary action based on the organization’s approved policy. Your support/advice will always encourage and inspire us and any timely complaint will help us to protect the organization from great risk by taking the necessary steps timely.
